Naaaah. Ball bounced up off the ground off his hands and then off his chest downward as his arms were closing and moving up. It seemed to hit the ground and his closing arms at the same time. Delusional was the refs thinking Witten actually had that 1st down lol

I just figure there wasn't enough to overturn the call which is why said it stood as opposed to was confirmed. 'Tis hard to say whether the ball was stopped by the ground or the player's elbows.
