Again, hope you see this and know that there is a good community out there, just hidden sometime beneath the -blam!- who like to take little phrases and throw them back at your face. As for your question: easy way is to buy the armor with marks. If you do your bounties regularly (still a bit of a grind, not nearly as much) then you should have it in no time. Vanguard and crucible armor will get you to level 31.
