I'm here for the bounty of all these Desticles. Cash only yeah?

Edited by Blackkkk: 1/7/2015 5:10:50 AMJust do a public event everyday, get your strange coins from the mailbot, and buy one from xur. If you don't want to grind there's not much else to do Legendary wise, play a strike equal to your level. You gotta grind a little, or level up your cryptarch
-
Exotics are best gotten by earning strange coins and buying them from Xur. There is also a decent chance to drop in Nightfall and raids. Make 3 characters and do the nightfall and weekly 3 times per week. That's best. Legendary gear is easily bought from tower vendors. Do strikes and public events (3 per day per character) and bounties to level reputation. Raid gear is generally the best, but hardest to get. Raid when you can. Until the next patch, everyone can solo the first Crota raid chest. Do that once for each of three characters per week.
-
Sorry that's how they designed the game, you either have good luck or not.
-
Welcome to Destiny. Now grind, grind and more grind. But wait, in 3-4 months we'll reset everything and make you do it more! It's part of the game. You don't get shit if you try. it's what makes me come back to it everyday.
-
Go to gamestop and sell the game if you don't want to grind that's all this game is about. Next dlc they will reset everything and we will start all over again to get to lvl 34.
-
No. Grind and be quite.

Edited by SpaceMagicCraig: 1/7/2015 5:16:56 AMGuys quit being hard on him. some people go and buy the game thinking u won't grind. truth be told. destiny is a ruthless grinding rpgmmo that has about the same casual gameplay w/ dlc as skyrim for 3x the price. if u want good gear, grinding is always an option. it crucible and raids are ur best bet. I play crucible and the loot is mostly based off luck. i went 23 and 6 and a guy who went 2 and 5 got Sargon's breath. #luckbased

1: Raid 2: Vanguard 3: Crucible 4: Nightfall 5: Grinding/ Engrams
-
Did the weekly heroic and got a exotic handgun and my buddy got exotic armour for his warlock.
-
This whole game is a grind. Plain and simple.
-
Do the weekly heroic on hardest setting, gives 9 strange coins, use those to buy exotics from Xur. Play PvE, level up Vanguard faction to three and use vanguard commendation and vanguard marks to buy armor from your vanguard mentor or weapons from armorer.

Edited by Lawlzor96: 1/7/2015 4:49:14 AMA grind.. That's basically what this game is. I only come back to get nightfall rewards or to do the raid. I'm tired of same old same old. Got DA: Inquisition and its been difficult for me to play Destiny for extended periods of time. This game is very lush with content, although mostly fluff, but Destiny doesn't even have fluff. It's just flat-lined content. I still play it because its enjoyable with friends, but never by myself. It's painful to play Destiny by myself. That being said, if you're new to Destiny, you're actually lucky you didn't have to suffer through all the past grinding for armor just to be replaced. Leveling back then was a slow and horrible crawl from level 20+.

We all know why you're a loner now like your name says, and why you twitch
-
Edited by chittyshwimp: 1/7/2015 4:46:35 AMIf you refuse to grind for your gear, will you also refuse to grind to upgrade it as well?
-
Yeah, play a different game.
-
Build up your marks and buy vanguard gear max it out As for weapons..you have to grind period. Grind VoG for Visions of confluence Grind more marks for some half ass weapons that aren't really helpful (except LDR that thing is a monster) Destiny is a grinding game you won't get shit without grinding
-
Crota End raid first chest no grind at all just sit and wait.. but luck plays a major part... Also once a week or trice a week if you have 3 guardians..
-
Get good
-
Yea buy em from xur or the vendors. Ezpeezy
-
Edited by Allen con chile: 1/7/2015 4:41:01 AMYou can try and make the game feel less "grindy". The grind doesn't feel as bad with friends to play with. If you don't have any friends maybe slowly work on the important things like Vangaurd rep and marks to get some nice armor. Obviously this will take a while but I think it is the best scenario in your case.
-
Once you get to 30 you can just do the nightfall and weekly. Get to 30 with a purple primary maxed out then it gets casual. Can just hit up the crota chest, do the weeklies and watch the exotics flow.
-
They should be hard to acquire. I would just rather them not be given out solely by RNG.
-
You're playing an RPG game. Welcome to Destiny.
-
Life is a grind. Get used to it.
-
You kids... Always looking for the easy way out.
-
Nope. Get to the grind.
