The thread is talking about PvP heavies. No one is disputing the supremacy of Gjallarhorn in PvE . :)
And you are quite right, wolfpack rounds can be outrun in the crucible, especially if you are a hunter.

Under stood its PvP, but Gjallahorn is still preferred sometimes as Truth homes better but the Wolfpack rounds can help finish off those not claimed outright. Had a few Truth rounds get 1-2 kills in control and miss 1 or 2 as they saw it coming and scattered. If it's a confined area Gjallahorn might just get them as they panic scramble away

Hmm, you may have a point; both have high velocity, but Gjallarhorn does give you opportunity to mop up with the wolfpack. I would still maintain that Truth rockets have a much better chance of hitting in the first place, however.

Yeah tracking is much better on Truth but you get a 2nd chance with Gjallahorn. It's really just luck of the draw.....
