  • Actually you didn't buy them game Very few games are bought these days, you rent the game, hence the agreement to timed access when you first log into destiny for the first time. MAG and Socom where the same you rented the game and when numbers fell the servers closed and no more access Just think in ten to twenty years you won't be able to pull this game out to show the kids/grandkids but you will still be able to pull out wonderboy three and sonic to show them

  • You didn't buy the game, you bought the rights to play the game. Big difference.

Yes huge difference. Because it is just rights both parties, you and Bungie have a legal obligation to uphold. Problem is Bungie writes the terms.

First of all its called a metaphor. Second of all, buying the game does not mean you own it. It is like leasing a car. You have permission to play by their rules, nothing else. Dont believe me then do some research into Tos and EULA and then come back with a strong arument with support

  • Correct, Bungie owns the rights and trademarks for all things destiny but by buying the game both parties you and Bungie agree to terms and conditions which all others are nullified by federal law that you own the content of the game and fyi no game company can employment a lifetime ban because it's illegal. Especially in this case with the product liability clause because Bungie has the ability to fix this glitch but it remains allowing guardians to do it

  • Agreed. Just like in Reach, bungie was not the company that instated the bans (yeah not lifeime, 90 days I believe). Its was the actual platform companies that instated it.

  • Corrects the actual network policies I believe tie more to psn and Xbox live. I don't mean to argue but I find beauty in how people can find these. Probably mostly dumb luck. But while yes rockstar does put cheats in the game I believe this finding glitches (super jump halo 2) are legitimate ways until they become fixed.
