Sniper ghost warrior. Easy is the hardest difficulty. Enemies find you through walls. Enemies shoot rockets like sniper rifles. Enemies auto rifles are actual full auto sniper rifles. Enemies shoot through any form of cover. There is no stealth.

Dank Souls was difficult as shit until I got the hang of it. Then it was only moderately frustrating. [spoiler]It took me two playthroughs of getting to Anor Londo to fully understand the mechanics[/spoiler]

Metal gear solid: peace walker. It's the one right before the mgs, The phantom pain. The game is pretty easy, but almost impossible to get 100% done. It also has button mashing sequences that require a machine hammer going Mach 5 just to barely meet the quota of required taps. Play it till 100% done, all achievements and collectibles, ect. It's impossible pretty much on your own.
