I was playing the level 26 strike playlist last night. I ended up getting the Mars one twice in a row, had the same characters, weapons, etc. Only difference was one of the 2 other players dropped out the second time around.
I was at first surprised that the Cabal that took 1-2 head shots (using the Mida Multi Tool) to down the first time now took 4, but then I realized Bungie made this game.
Can someone inform me on why with everything the same except fireteam size this may have happened?

When a player leaves, the strike becomes easier and enemies have less HP. When I player joins, it becomes harder and enemies gain HP.
