I'll admit I have done that crota exploit once with a group I hope I dont get banned. I didnt disconnect though someone else on my fireteam did. I could see how using this exploit is grounds for banning though. Your purposely disconnecting to have an advantage in a game and bungie keeps track of everything. I know I wont be ever doing this again. Getting gear easy isnt worth getting banned for it.
