Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

maybe earlier today when I bought two glove engrams from Xur and he gave me No Backup Plans both times. I already have No Backup Plans. I main a Hunter. laaaaame.

Every single nightfall on both my characters I have above 290 since TTK dropped I've gotten 3 of coins and strange coins no gear at all... and I popped 3 of coins every night fall and guess what no drops. Yay

Got a rare CLASS engram from a nightfall last week, also last week on my warlock I beat Oryx and had 20 shards taken away in return for 2 shards and wormspore.

First raid drops: Fusion 306 hip fire Nothing Chest Class item Scout 302 eye of the storm and gloves Second (and every other raid drops): Fusion 306 Hip fire Nothing Chest or gloves Class item (and one shotgun praise RNGesus) Various eye of the storm scout rifle rolls. I've ran the raid 6 times and had near identical loot drop every single time

Last week one of my nightfall runs gave me an Antiquated Rune and 2 motes of light. I think that's a personal worst for me.

2 anguish of dry stans. Worst raid weapon ever. one 300 and the other was 302. I already had a 305 auto rifle.

Year 1, April. Going through the crota raid on HM trying to get the crux. Defeated the deathsinger, rewards were No Land Beyond, and radiant energy. Next up Crota, we defeat crota, I watch 3 crux get handed out and what do I get, but ANOTHER No Land Beyond...... Trolled by Crota on this day haha

4 No land beyonds 1 day. Nightfall - No Land Beyond Crota Hard - No Land Beyond Crota Hard - No Land beyond Crota godamnit hard - No Land Beyond. I honestly started laughing hysterically and equiped No Land Beyond and entered rumble screaming there are no other exotics and you will not see what is beyond this barrel as i murdered people. (Actually did well for two games till the last word peeps came out to play pre patch 2.0)
