@ People Glitching Crota Raid - You make me sick
I've been to about 4-5 pugs from lfg.net and everytime we go in there, EVERYONE wants to glitch or exploit every boss encounter.
1. Glitch the bridge
2. Die and self res at gatekeeper, done in 5mins...
3. Skip shielded room by finding crota checkpoint, done and done
4. Die and self rez to negate no health regen- yea like this was even an issue
5. Have leader d/c when crota is kneeling down- really? you guys suck so bad you need to exploit this?
I hear this garbage over and over in every pug I join. My question is, how the F do you guys sleep at night knowing you are cheating on this very simple instance? All you need are competent players that communicate properly and this instance can easily done in 40 minutes.
I think Bungie should ban all you people for exploiting such a simple raid content. I'm not really one to say people need to earn their gear, but this is just getting ridiculous. Have some dignity people.

It's really just my way of saying how can you have a clean conscience when you are cheating and exploiting yourself into a really simple instance. Joining a group that have good comms and skills to get the raid done quick and easy is like finding a unicorn in a leprechauns hat!!!! Bum if you agree. I tried crota cp this weekend with 3 groups and not one of those groups could beat him so yes I will cheese crota till they patch.

They don't though... they are basically cheesing the players, so the players cheesing back is justified. Examples: -Oversoul kills everyone - even when you watch it explode first from DPS -Crota doesn't take a knee at the same time (even though the shield bar is at the same place he did before) -Kill sword bearer... sword doesn't show up -Knight glitches through the barrier at the beginning. -Chalice can't be picked up There are a few others, but you get the point. If they provided us a raid where the mechanics weren't broken in favor of the raid, then you'd be 100% right... cheesing is pathetic... but when the raid is broken when running it legit, I think exploiting is fair.

What makes me sick is Bungie release yet another raid with stupid glitch oversights after the problems the first one had, I mean it's not like they were busy creating good story content in between :/ So Bungie are now incapable of good storytelling and QA, thank god they have the base game mechanics part locked down.

Because it's a shit raid anyway and the games gear mechanics are shit, why not cheese to level 32 so you have a chance at hard raid when it's released

1 ReplyI dislike the disable Crota Presence cheese. Chalice isn't a hard to use, and 5/6 of the group is typically safe for damage anyways.

Personally could care less what anyone else does. I play this game, because I enjoy it. If someone wants to cheese an encounter, thats up to them. When I used to play WOW, Blizzard would enforce an "ethics" code. Basically any player found to be using an exploit to gain gear or material would be banned for a set period of time. Multiple infractions would extend the sentence. For the most part, it stopped people from cheating. That is the only way it will stop here...if Bungie warns players action, and then begins banning them. So as many people are saying...if it bothers you that much, bitch to Bungie. Personally, I don't have the energy to care what someone else does with their time on a video game.
