What was your method of stopping?
[spoiler]
Honestly, I'm asking this because I've wanted to quit chewing tobacco for a while, and I just don't know how I'm going to do it. I told myself I wasn't addicted until I tried stopping for the first time. It completely derailed me until I continued. That was about 3 years ago and I'm still packing. I started about 5 years ago, and while that doesn't sound like much, it's quite the toll on my wallet and dental health. My teeth just don't feel the same anymore. I can't sleep if I don't have a lip before bed. I don't mean for this to be a sob story, or attention whoring, I'm just seeking advice. Thank you.

The song is rap by the way, so if you detest the genre, don't click on it.

Of course I stopped doing that since I starting smoking again couple months back and I work out so lel. What my friend did to cut down though was start e cigs there basically like nicotine gum it won't help you quit but it'll stop the craving and it's a better alternative especially compared to dip that shit gives you cancer faster than smoking.
