I purchased 2 copies of Destiny. One on Xbox One and again on Xbox 360 to play with friends. I purchased the expansion on Xbox One not thinking and now greedy Bungie wants me to shell out another $20 for another copy. You have enough of my money. The fact that you are giving away free copies when people upgrade it great, but I saw that too late. You need to let people downgrade or at least share DLC across both platforms. All of the other games that I purchased across both do this. Even other Activision titles allow this so this is a choice by Bungie. So you have only one choice: FIX THIS. My DLC content should be linked to my XBox Live account and on both platforms. I accepted buying 2 copies, even though I still felt screwed. This is on step too far.
Fix. This. Now.

Edited by TheSpainiard: 12/10/2014 3:02:02 AMI bought it on XBox 360 to play with friends (it's a social game). I first purchased it on XBox One and I bought the season pass. It should extend to both systems. That is how Battlefield worked and other games. So it's Bungies choice since the disk/original download already had most of the expansion content. I would complain to Bungie, but this is the only place you can "contact" them. If this is true, that I cannot use the PURCHASED expansion on both, I am done with any future Bungie product. I did really enjoy playing Destiny, but I feel this is really a slap in the face. When other games (much larger franchises) do it, I think it's not too much to ask for.
