What car have you lusted after lately. For a long time I've been lusting for a Subaru WRX STi. Even though I prefer the GD models to the GR I still want a GR STi hatch. The looks of them have grown on my and they're more practical than sedans. I mean it's a bad ass 300hp awd wagon with endless aftermarket support. What's not to love about that?

Just about any Lamborghini.

I know this sounds weird but this is my favourite subaru of all time and I would love to have one.

Just sold my built 2005 STI. Fetched a pretty penny. I've really been into Gen 2 Viper GTS' lately. Something about the raw potential of a v10 motor. I'll be purchasing one in the summer pending I find the right one. This is why I sold my STI.

1927 Cadillac... Probably the only one here who is interested in older cars.

Bugatti Veyron Sport ;-)

Scion FR-S. Bought a 2014 Forte coup in October which was another car I was "lusting" for.
-
The new 2015 BMW M3 (I'm being realistic as far as picking a car I could actually afford)...

Nissan GTR. The price point (110,000) for the performance and build of vehicle, along with its extensive racing heritage, makes it unparalleled with any other car in its range. A Porsche is quicker off the line, for sure. In a 1/4 mile, yes, the Porsche will win. But then you have to turn, and for the response from the GTR versus the Porsche, you have more control over the vehicle, both entering and exiting the turn.

Hennessey HPE 650 Jaguar XFR-S. Aston Martin is still the King, but I'm really starting to like Jaguar (having a Hennessey badge doesn't hurt either). .... ... .. . -ShadowWolf

Edited by Mr. Based & Watch: 12/12/2014 3:15:41 PMI feel as though people don't realize Honda is getting serious about performance. I'd want this for the "wait what just passed me" factor. Edit: And also because I'm not one of the infinite mustang fanboys. Most overrated pony car of all time. And the new 2015 'stang is a step down from the previous bodystyle; frankly it's ugly as sin. Also performance-wise it's not even in the same league as mopar's hellcat charger/challenger or the Camaro Z28.

My dream is a forest green, 1975 aston martin vantage. The beauty and simplicity.

'99 Dodge Viper GTS. I would love to drive a sexy beast like that.

I've been lusting over that car for about 2 years now if you remember :)

Who doesn't want one of these?

A Hellcat. I want.

Edited by Vague-BAD: 12/10/2014 5:56:28 PMI respect the affordable performance category, but something about American cars gets me. If not this sweet baby, I would consider getting a new VW Golf GTI. I've never been a fan of them until more recently as I've read about how smooth and quick they are; and incredibly affordable and not bad looking either
