Fair play, that's a good transformation for such a short period of time. I train daily and as you've said, it makes you feel good. Gets rid of depression and makes you so much more confident.
I usually train 45 minutes a day, and that balanced with healthy eating, is all it takes in order to become the strongest version of yourself.
I don't train at a commercial gym, I have a home gym, I've saved in order to purchase my equipment. In my opinion, it was/is a great investment.
I only have basic equipment, which is all you need to build an athletic looking body. For those who don't have any equipment, there's no excuse as body weight training and calisthenics can give you superior results, if done properly. You can become extremely strong with only using your body weight.
