Dear Bungie:
I have gone through all of the steps you suggested. I have talked with my ISP. I have had direct help from a Microsoft employee to work with my Xbox 360.
You still keep disconnecting me.
I wanted to level up in the IB Tournament. I wanted to do the Raid. I wanted to do the Crucible, and be able to finish the Daily Heroic events. Unfortunately, you didn't want me to do any of these. You kept disconnecting me with an array of animals of which a zoo would be envious.
What is going on? When will it be fixed? How will you compensate me for my hours wasted trying to play a broken game and getting disconnected so I couldn't level up my characters?
Most importantly, how will I be able to play the expansion pack (I've already purchased) if I can't even play the core game?

Xbox one here. The game is pretty much unplayable now since the update. Constant disconnects, too many errors to list them all. Party chat is broken, raid is broken, game chat is lagging horribly now as well as the game. This 1.0.3 broke the game. Have had no serious issues lately until monday. I should not have to reconfigure my network again because of an update. Come on bungie, please get it together. I want to play but the frustration is wearing me down. I think my sanity at this point is more important than any game.
