Doesnt make sense, it just proof than you need iron banner to get to level 30 and you are not capable of finishing raid on hatd

Did the raid 13 times on hard and I still didn't get the -blaming- boots.

Your an idiot for saying that. I know players who have done the raid numerous times and still needed the boots. So they went and did IB.

I did the raids every time i dont need gear from iron banner to be level 30, and i have 3 characters at 30

Doesn't mean anything. I know exceptional players in raids and in PvP and they have no luck. You can do the raid 3 times and get all the gear needed. And I can do it 10 times and not get amything. That doesn't mean I'm not good. Your just lucky. You being 30 don't mean a thing. Come to the crucible and let me show you that lvl means nothing.

You can be capable of finishing but still have poor RNG luck. I had a longer and more difficult fight in IB than I have ever had raiding.
