I think it was noticed. Let's hope they aren't as shortsighted as I think they are. I regret I bought the season pass. This has to be the most lacklustre expansion pack in recent memory.

I really hope it was. I don't see how it couldn't have been noticed. I tried to be clear and constructive, and close to 2500 people respected that and replied positively. Who knows.
