IA requests that you begin production of cyborg-variant Elite Dark Troopers. Standard infantry is ineffective against augmented hostiles, and the Empire requires better troops to bolster our Stormtroopers; Storm Reapers are no longer cutting it against Spartans and advanced enemy infantry.
