I don't hate any of these enemies but I do find the following a bit more annoying than the rest...
1. Fallen Captain Majors/Ultras because of their cowardly teleportion.
2. Minotaurs/Praetorians due to their teleportation as well.
3. Phalanxes when the Angry skull modifier is on since they don't flinch.

Really gets me riled up when minotaurs keep teleporting out of my rockets. Goodness.
