The point was raised in HM Rob's thread, in a strange manner that didn't work so well.
So here's a direct question for the atheists of Secular Sevens; what would it take for you to become a Christian?

God would have to appear. In which case I would accept my sentence to hell willingly, and would wonder why he claimed to be "omnipotent", when there's so many inconsistencies and stuff.

Baptism does not save you. Only the decision to surrender yourself to Jesus, to accept His salvation and believe in His grace and mercy could save you. Baptism comes after the decision has been made. After being saved, typically yiu get baptized to make a demonstration to all others. A dedication to the faith if you will. Baptism is meant to show non believer and those that have not been baptized to be encourage to make the change. BABY baptism is more for the parents and the community. To be able to say that I dedicate raising this baby with the knowledge of the Lord. Baptism does not guarantee salvation.
