That isn't the point. If they're paying for it it should be available to [b]everyone[/b] at the same time.
Exclusive games are a different story, one side can't even really purchase or play the game without having that console. You aren't paying the money at the same time only to receive the content later.
This is a multi-platform game, content like this shouldn't be withheld from either side when paying for the content at the same time.

Don't be a dick bro. Consider this: No console exclusive games ok? We all pay the same amount of money for a game. Still with me? What if I said that although we paid for the same game, 1 got more content simply for being liked. Doesn't sound fair does it?
