Actually I would be saying the same thing. You release a full product to everyone who pays. You want to make deals with Sony make the game exclusive. Let me explain it as a physician (which I am). you come in with Insurance from kaiser with a shoulder issue and I give you steroid injections and cold therapy, as well as manipulation. Your neighbor with the exact injury comes in and all I give them are steroid injections (the most beneficial of all the therapies listed). Both insurances companies pay me, the provider the same amount, but I gave you better service/more interventions based purely on the fact that I have a deal with kaiser. I'd get sued. I'd lose me license. Kaiser would get sued. So why if I am paying the same amount of money for the same product should I get less? Either make it exclusive to one console or the other make it equitable. Marketing more strongly for 1 vs the other is one thing... But robbing Peter to pay Paul is ridiculous....
