thorn is already extremely good in crucible. three shots to the body is a kill with the poison damage upgrade. the only thing I would like is a better reload speed.
bad juju on the other hand...good god. the length of the bounty itself warrants much better performance. at least a higher capacity mag

Edited by Juggernaut: 10/26/2014 7:22:14 PMAgreed. I finally completed that grind fest of a bounty and got it on friday. Same day I purchased Suros from Xur. There is no reason to ever use that weapon in place of Suros. None. 15 round magazine = 5 shots; of which 3 have to hit nothing but head to kill. That means you have to make 3/5 bursts critical to achieve 1.5 kills per reload. The full auto doesn't help you at all, as the burst rate of fire shreds your accuracy and generates an ungodly high right pull for constant fire. Low impact = shit pve and decreased pvp performance. Chain of curses might be good, since if you are amazing you'll be able to chain kills in pvp without reloading. In pve have fun with your gun that reloads every 2 seconds when you fight anything with a shield or god forbid you bring that shit heap to a weekly strike/nightfall/raid.

Chain of curses is amazing... When doing patrols or grinding resources. But in any serious strike or pvp, you need to be spot on accurate, which is suicide as standing in place to long to be that accurate just means death.

It really makes you wonder what the heck they were thinking when they released the gun as is. With the impact it currently has, its mag needs to be doubled. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a low impact pulse rifle combined with the smallest mag for any pulse rifle in the game deserves to be fired. With that said, increasing the mag size/increasing its impact would really do wonders for it, and these are easy changes that don't take over a month to implement or test.

Got the Juju just last night after that 10,000 crucible score. Wasn't too bad, but agree on the gun. Its so rubbish, even compared to rare pulse rifles! A pulse rifle with a 15-bullet magazine is outrageous. Its a shame too as its a great-looking weapon to carry around.
