I don't raid because it's a waste of time. A lot of effort that translates into nothing of value. Gaming is for entertainment and when it becomes arduous, it becomes a second job with NO salary. I'd rather spend the 2 or 3 hours in crucible or goofing around with my friends on strikes.

Best reward for completing raid is satisfaction of working through it as a tight team, it's the only activity in game that can't be "won" without true team work.
