A very correct opinion... I can't stand non hunters telling hunters how they should play.
The first time I played against atheon I was yelled at because I wouldn't use my golden gun on him... They didn't understand it did 33% the damage my ice breaker did.

that and also when you factor in activation animations taking 2-5 seconds your dps is worthless compared to a normal primary/secondary.

Yeh and if really needed you take reduced damage in arc blade and speeds you up so you can use t effectively to save your ass and reposition or even quickly get someone up and dart back out of you ask me arc blade has more uses than just damage mind you I've never done the vault just working on starting
