we did a run with a level 23 go figure ha. it is his second character though and hes done the raid like a million times but still.

Ya ran a buddies lvl24 in normal vog

Min requirement is lvl 25 to enter from orbit. Not sure of dropping level via gear swap after you're already in will boot you to orbit or not.

I call BS. You can't even hit Launch if there is anyone below level 25 in the fire team.

Ever tested that? The raid is level 26 and the game lets you enter activities 3 levels above you. So a level 23 can enter the raid, even though everything in atheon's room is just plain immune, but they can still enter anyways.

Really? I was under the impression that if you were not of a certain level the game won't start/let them in. Odd you somehow got a 23 in a 26 normal raid. Maybe I missed something.
