This should be for hard mode. My friends and I complete normal raid in an hour or less and most of the time talking about random stuff with few call outs.

No, easy mode is not hard at all of you have done it before. You can kill the Templar in 2 teleports max if everyone has maxed weapons and high level. And gate keeper and atheon are easy of coordinated.
