Teacher rips students shirt off leaving her exposed to her classmates.

There is a video in the link. The 15 year old girl was humiliated in front of her class. I know it's the teacher's responsibility to keep the students safe and in class but you don't grab someone like this.
What should happen to the teacher? What do you think of this? And I bet if this was a male teacher he would be facing jail time.

Well the poor girl admitted she could have handled it better, and that right there gives her a little bit of credibility. Dumb ass teacher should never have done that.
