So I get that your a RGN loot system but I effectively have been level 29 for 4 weeks. Why? Well this loot system has given me 5 sleeves, 3 helmets, 2 mythoclast, 6 gloves, 2 sparrows, and 2 ships. We won't count the over 200 of each shard I have in my bank. The 3 atheons eppilogues or the 4 vision of confluence. All this loot that many would consider a blessing. But for a gamer such as myself it's all useless after I have 1 of them. Back to my issue. Notice I didn't mention even 1 pair of boots? Solution is simple I won't complain without giving a reasonable solution. Much like how we got starter gear on the first few levels. We took a item that dropped to an NPC and traded it for gear. So my solution is have atheon drop 1 more thing in a different drop slot (not to over ride what already drops, but to have him drop a 3rd slot) that you need 2-3 of to trade for 1 piece of raid gear. (Not including helmet as for it only drops on hard) it's vastly incorrect for someone to beat the raid on hard 3 weeks in a row with 3 characters. And still be 29. And that 3 weeks doesn't count the weeks I beat it on regular. 3 weeks on hard = 3 weeks X 4 drops per raid X 2 for difficulty X 3 characters = 72 rewards and not a single pair of boots.
