why is it so difficult to find people actually willing to help and just have fun with? so what if you wipe a few times, shits n giggles ... and to people saying it's because they don't like wasting time , guess what? you're playing a game! you already are wasting time!
what happened to just playing for fun, why is it being replaced by "i can do it faster" or "i have more kills!"
it's co-op , yet seems many people forgot what co-op is :(
Edit: My faith in online gamers has been restored ! thanks to all the wonderful replies! and hope to see you all online guardians!

People with no time to help others are a dime a dozen. Someone like me, who enjoys helping others out? We end up like Dime a Dozen jackasses because it's overwhelming when you hop online and get 10 party invites. Ignore someone? "Whatever, didn't like you anyways.", or "Why won't you help me?", or "-Insert four random words based into a yo mama joke or the like-". Personally, I get 5 raid invites a DAY. And I've started making people mad by just flat out saying no, that I wan't to do something for me for a change. It's a matter of perspective, but from mine everyone wants someone to do something for them. I even get friends to hop in and ask me to help their friends out. Example A- Buddy wants me to help his friend through VoG. His buddy has no idea what he is doing, over complicates everything. His buddy refuses to listen. 10 wipes later, I tell everyone to listen to me, and simplify things. We succeed, friends buddy tells me I have no right to do that, it's disrespectful, ect. I tell him I only came here to get them through, and I will leave if he opens his mouth again. End Result? We kill Atheon the normal way, and I don't hear from either my friend or his friend again. I'm probably ranting, but really, It makes me hate helping others. The dude had NO idea what he was doing, and he KNEW I was there to help them through it. Why not just let me help them through it by admitting he didn't know and letting me lead from the beginning?

LagTime999 on Xbox one,, will do weekly, daily, nightfall.....usually on at night for a couple hours ....I don't take life to seriously and definitely not a game .
-
In all honesty though, that's what'll get me to keep playing when I max out; is helping people and making friends.
-
Im a pretty generous person if I'm in a good mood.
-
There are helpful people, just mostly not on this game it seems. I've seen tons of kids who'd rather talk shit to make themselves feel better than be a productive member of the community. It's almost as bad as cod.
-
I don't mind helping people... carrying lazy people is another story, however.
-
According to the comments we're all helpful people. Likely?

I'm ready to help out anyone who needs it, but if you're a dick, don't expect me to even acknowledge you

I blame Ebola

I have no problems going through the raid and helping others. Laughs are what it's about, what upsets me is when it is hours of messing around and no progress what so ever. I at least like some progress. But I need good raiders that are mature and don't mind enjoying themselves. Psn is abitdark28

People seem to care about the end reward more than they care about the experience nowdays. It is rather sad.
