'Notorious' achievement broken?

I got 100 crucible marks this week from playing iron banner finally (I normally don't do much PvP) but the achievement didn't unlock? I did a hard reset, logged in, and fired up Destiny and still nothing... ?

I had this problem with a few achievements. Got to settings, log out, switch profile and sign in again. Should work.
