lol you obviously don't play as 1. Here are the rules every bladedancer must know
Let me explain what it takes to arc blade a person successfully with these
1: Don't get 1 shot meleed by a Titan
2: Don't get countered supered, especially by a titan havoc fist because when they use it even though you hit them 1st as they r using it, they can take not just 1 but 2 arc blade slashes & not die from it.
3: Do not turn the corner into the entire enemy team
4: Do not get shot by a shotgun
5: do not get shot by a fusion rifle because even though you MIGHT dodge the intial burst the tracking bottom half of the clip can still kill you in 1 shot though you dodged the top half of the clip
6: do not get mowed down by a HMG
7: do not get 1 shoted by a RL
8: try to get close enough (without getting killed immediately after or before) so the pull to your enemy actually works & the slash doesn't miss them by a inch infront of they're face
9: try to not use it with no enemies near by
10: do not get vehicle killed
11: do not run into a camper unless you can surprise them
12: avoid getting a sticky grenade on you
13: avoid getting meleed too often, excepting Titan which is unavoidable if you get meleed by 1 - see rule #1
14: avoid using slash too much as not to lower the super bar any faster then needed
&
15: avoid getting mowed down before facing your targets in general - see previous rules

Do u realize ur rules r BS the Hunter can survive anything that i can as a titan dish out. My super my heavy weapon (either the machine or rocket launcher) even my grenades that stick to there face. Unless your whole team rains bullets rockets and super the hunter DOESN"T die. I have hours of footage proving that Hunter is OP
-
uh-huh so you used your level 13 hunter in Iron Banner? Sure.... As for your footage well I have some too showing my points, well it seems we are at a inpass then sir - my apologies my opinion is not yours & if you don't like it go back to your perfect world elsewhere where your always right. Because my friend this is life & people's opinions will always vary be it good or bad, deal with it child before slapping your keyboard like a maniac & understand balance, you also mentioned a few of the rules I said that can kill a Hunter during arc blade at the end of your response.
-
its called delete and replay i deleted my titan once and my hunter just to do again because i can and when is the whole team in 1 location at the same time to kill 1 arc blade and my friend is not a level 13 his a 28 and he even says its op
-
Uh-huh & your hunter has done zero PVP at the time i'm looking at this. That all said i'm just going to ignore you now, not worth my time especially with such a sad disagreement format :)
-
u most be the dumbest person in the world or ur a troll possibly both. I said I deleted my hunter accidentally but my friend is higher and doesn't die like you said

Shadowninja77!!! You have been accused of and arc blade crime and will now be served with the traditional ninja justice! That is all In Bacon We Trust
-
I play as a Titan and I just wanted to say rule #2 is total bullshit.
-
If you use the super just as your about to get hit you can survive 2 arc blade slashes if you are using the increased defense when using havoc fist perk if it's on
-
Only if you are using the Unstoppable perk will the Titan live.
-
Let's see. Me shooting an arc blader while he's so close my whole screen is just him. Shotgun to the skull he kills me and lives. BS
-
There is more than enough supporting evidence to show and tell that this is not the case. If you aim down your shotgun sights and get a full precision hit on a blade dancer they will die. If you fire from the hip you will die.
-
I die typically from that - could be a level thing - I know Iron Banner slightly increases level difference
-
I'm 29 he was 24 :/
-
and 90% of those old true to every character at all times.. good grief/
-
You make it sound like its hard to arc blade, i've only seen tards fail with it. I haven't tested it or took notice if you can use blink with it... i imagine it does work. I'm sure Titans and Locks could list shit as well for their supers. SHUT UP!, THAT SKY IS BEAUTIFUL!!
-
Blade dance is iffy at best, when you lock onto someone half the time you will zip by them with your slash, thus having to slash 3-4 more times to get to them and then running out of dance. Unless a blade dancer truly surprises someone from around the corner, they are very easy to manage and shut down.
-
You can blink with it I think, I remember a guy saying he thought a op mix would be is to use arc blade go invisible with it using R2 on PS4 as a perk then blinking to confuse the f out of a enemy, haven't tried it myself
-
Blink removed invisibility, in addition blade dance is only 8-10 seconds long, blinking would take up half that time. Not the best decision unless you are trying to catch another blink class.
-
I find it kinda funny that there are so many threads about how op hunters are and none for any of the other classes including Warlocks which can spam their grenades and melee while in sunsinger, get an over shield just for meleeing something, have a ranged base melee and can use their voidwalker super to instantly kill enemies from the opposite side of the wall and if it doesn't kill them 9 times out of 10 they get killed by the DoT field. Oh and did I forget to mention they can instantly self-res themselves and when they're revived have their super active.

Edited by Vexov: 10/14/2014 2:04:17 AMThey all certainly need to be taken down a notch and things fixed up. Hunters might be getting focused a little more, perhaps (by the players).
-
Agreed on all points - really good post you should make it a standalone

Perhaps I should
