You sir are incorrect. I was running a strike two people left at the beginning so I decided to solo it. Towards the end of the strike two randoms joined and the end boss had very little health left we finished the strike and the flavor text popped up saying that the guy who had 3 kills earned a legandary and my 160 kills earned me 2 rares. I had zero drops in the actual run to get to the boss.

I had the flip side of this happen to me last night. Que'd up for a Strike, got thrown in with 2 random guys at the very end, just in time to last-hit the final boss. Got a message from one of the guys saying he reported me for boosting, when all I did was tried to join a game...
