Yeah I don't see how any gold farmer could make money in this system. Farm for 2 weeks n trade an exotic for an exotic and somehow get the player to pay 10 bucks???
Just can't see any way to make money off this.

Relic Iron, Shards, Energy ... Any time intensive in-game item can be 'sold' for real world currency. Nearly every MMO is plagued with this behavior and if you don't imagine a way ... Does not mean someone hasn't.

Geez man I'm done with this conversation. The point was it would have to be a legendary for legendary or an exotic for an exotic. Mathematically I can't see a big demand for gold farmer in this method.

I buy an exotic from Xur ... I want an exotic that he has never sold ... I go to an outside source pay $20 and trade occurs in game. EQ, WoW and many others also do this.

Just can't see how a gold farmer who would bot with a terrible chance to get anything and someone would waste coins to get an exotic to trade for it. That would be -blam!-ing dumb and I can't see how the profits would out weigh the cost in this game. They aren't in every game. They had a tough time making a living in guild wars 2 since you could buy gold from the devs.

Who said anything about real money?

You know a game doesn't need a broker based on real money but in game currency.

Um yes that's how all mmo's work with it. We were talking about selling that in game currency for money. Again like it happens in other games. With the suggestions to trading I didn't see how it would work for the gold farmer. I believe you are confused and I'm not sure where you are coming from.

Have you Played DC Universe online? The Auction house only uses in game money. Not real money.

You are confused man the issue is this. I sell you a crap weapon from a shit ton of currency. The reason I did this is because you paid me money. This is how gold farmers work with trading. You pay this website 20 bucks they will trade you abunch of in game currency. What's up with the forums today man. Just google what is gold farming.
