Then grind Patrols and Public Events. It's much much faster.

When the bounty states specifically that strikes are what's needed, I'm going to do Strikes.

Then do the Lvl 8 Devil's Lair Strike on Earth. You can fly through it solo at a much faster pace. Again, your wasting your time on Lvl 24 Strikes if all you're doing is racing through for a Bounty.
