My Xbox One is being a bit of a pain by refusing to load games and many apps (I press the button, get the loading screen, and then it just goes back to the dashboard) and restarting it has not proved effective. The next recommendation is clearing my local saved games. I can handle losing my save progress for Metro 2033/Last Light Redux and Minecraft, what I do not want to lose is my character. I cannot transfer saved data to the cloud because that is one of the apps that is not working. I can however, clear my local saved game cache. Is my character stored on my Xbox or on Bungie's servers? Will clearing the local saved games cache delete my character and progress, or is it safe to do so? Also no "should've gotten a PS4" comments please. 'Tis in the past. No use crying over spilt milk. Thank you.
