So they cant change their mind?
I kinda liked it, its like gambling but with no real money, i enjoyed playing the game, got some engrams, its just a bonus...Now purple engrams will just be more rare to compensate for the fact that are guarantied purples. So it is basically the same thing.

They obviously can change their mind. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if legendaries weren't already so hard to come by on regular means that aren't raids or nightfall strikes.
