Even if it is on the disk, its too keep it away from peeps that burn through it. If the 10 years plan was released all at once, those same peeps would have already finished it and would be whining there is no content.

And they'd be making all of the exact complaints about there "not being enough content"/"the game is unfinished"/"there isn't any story"/"wah, wah, wah, waaaaaaah" too. There is just no satisfying some people, they'd whine an bitch and moan no matter what you gave them. Some people spend [i]way[/i] too much time on their gaming, honestly, if you're no-lifing it and get to the end of the whole thing and do everything in the game in one day or one sitting, you're doing it wrong.
