What does that have to do with anything?
We all know CoD is a really bad franchise, does that mean Destiny and Bungie should go as low?
We all expected more from the studio who brought us Halo.

I'm not justifying it just saying half of you crying probably have gotten played for DLC on other games and are just now putting all this together? So now what? Cry and expect remorse?
-
Cry? I don't like that any of the games studios do this. Seeing Bungie do this is even worse. As I said: [quote]We all expected more from the studio who brought us Halo./quote] We expected more from Bungie than them being as bad as Call of Duty. It's a shame that it have come to this.
-
Well, they are being published by Activision... You know who publish CoD and what goes out as DLC and such.
-
I personally would expect bungie to stand up against this shit if activision tried to screw us.
-
If they tried, I'm pretty sure Activision would be "Nope." And kick Bungie thus no more Destiny.
-
Bungie could have made terms prior to signing with activision.
-
Yeah, I suppose so.
-
Anyone with common sense should have terms before signing with people. If I'm a LeBron James and the utah jazz wants to sign me, I'm going to make terms so they can't ass -blam!- me. Developers should know this since all these companies like EA destroy games.
-
Well, you also have to think if it as a publishers view. Bungie tried to do something new. When someone tries something new, it's a huge risk. So who knows how many companies rejected Bungie. (Is taking a business class.) So who knows if Activision was Bungie first choice. But that's just my two cents.
-
Possible, but I feel as if any publisher would want to jump on the destiny cash cow.
-
And who is best at owning Cash Cows? Activision (EA as well arguably), so if my previous theory is incorrect, then it's about how much Activision payed to publish the game. But we don't have the background info so we will never know.
