I don't know about you guys, but it's really entertaining to pick out the improvements that are made with each build.

This was my favorite Halo 2 map. When the game was out, there were certainly other maps I loved more, but looking back, most of the epic moments from Halo 2 were had on this map for me. I remember a stupid close game of 1 flag that ended with my friend and I pinned at the seawall with the flag. Our two team mates had dropped after being wrecked. overtime locked the clock at 5 seconds left because we had the flag. There was a guy on our spawn with the Gauss Hog just pounding our position. Our shields were draining ever slightly as each shot landed just above our heads. Grenades began falling near by. I looked over at my friend holding the flag and said "Dude, we're -blam!-ed." he responded with "Yeah, we're -blam!-ed alright." Suddenly I decide, "-blam!- it, I'm going out fighting" and jump out of cover as soon as the last shot slams into the wall behind us. I barely have time to throw a sticky before being picked off mid-air by the M68 ALIM. Through the respawn, I watch as the sticky lands beautifully on the head of Gauss Guy. My friend doesn't wait for him to explode and bursts from cover. A shot missed him by inches. He barrels down the beach as the rest of the team rounds the seawall, shots firing in all directions. His shields are dropped with only feet before he makes it to the flag plant. Time seems to slow down. Right as he sets foot on the plant, a sniper round finds his head, he falls dead as the words "FLAG CAPTURED! GAME OVER!" ring out. The score is Red Team 1, Blue Team 2. We won.
