I'm honestly of the opinion that things need to be tweaked. The cryptarch needs to be adjusted to that engrams decrypt closer to the rarity of the engram it self, and the exotic bounties need to be more rare. I'm already on my 2nd exotic bounty, I don't think that it should pop up that often.
