While I agree with all of this, I personally don't even think that character changes like hair and changing your armor should be expensive at all.

I completely agree.. I'm on the verge of starting over, just to change the look of my character.. Which sucks because I have to redo all my exploring and and missions and such.. Think that's kinda silly just to change a look.. But an NPC in the tower would be very handy.. VERY HANDY.. PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN!
