For those not sure how to get their skinned goodies, apparently we gain early /access/ to the Vanguard Quartermaster. As such, the Quartermaster sells level 5 appropriate green quality gear and a helm. Check out the instructions below on how to acquire these goods. 1 - Get the game with the Vanguard Unlock DLC or install 2 - Get to level 5 in the game and gather a grip of Glimmer (the gear is not free) 3 - Find your way to the Vanguard Armory (Same room you get your space ship, orange robot) 4 - As long as you have the unlock, you will gain early access to the armory and may purchase anything using the glimmer there. 5 - Enjoy!
