I have had to do Meyers - Briggs for a couple jobs. I am ENTP.

Which jobs? I'm curious if they ever disqualified people for employment based on those results alone. It would be pretty harsh if they did.

The one where it applied the most was with a specific hedge fund. They don't disqualify people but use them very heavily to identify the correct role types and culture fit. They used multiple character type tests in the process.
