If you could create a super?
I've been shitposting a lot lately so time for something kinda serious. If you could make one super, not a whole subclass just one super, what would it be? Mine would like the bucking bronco from bioshock but in all directions and would just send all enemies around me floating in to the air. And when a timer ran out they would launch into the sky then slam into the floor.

Bullet Of Torment: Super for the Hunter. I guess it's similar to Golden Gun, in some ways. You summon a black handcannon, shrouded in blood-red and black flames. At the same time, you shroud yourself in shadow, making yourself invulnerable to damage. Theres also a very slight low-light vision effect to better see targets. It can only be fired once per use, and it can wear off before you even get a kill, like the golden gun. It is extremely accurate and does as much damage as possible (without being considered overpowered). The target bursts into black flames, damaging anyone nearby, if killed by the power. For upgrades: -If a critical-kill shot is scored, the explosion of the target is greater increased in radius. -If a critical-kill shot is scored, the cooldown for the power is reduced. -The Bullet of torment can be fired up to 5 times per use, but loses the explosion upon death effect. -bullets that hit you while Bullet of torment is active, while reflect back to the shooter dealing double damage. You can only choose one of those upgrades at a time for the power.

I would have a super nova bomb that kills and spawn kills every hunter on the map for the whole duration of crucible matches, strike, raids, and story.

3 RepliesMine would be called "Voice of Legends". When used, the Guardian class would make a starfish-pose, very similar to the pose a Titan makes when using the defender shield super. During this, the "Voice of Legends" creates a medium-range explosion of light, while the "woah-ah-ahh!" part of the song Highlander-The One plays. As the Guardian stays locked in this starfish-pose with a beacon-like explosion radiating from his/her being, the radius of the blast increases in three bursts of light, finally reaching climax at the final "ahhhhhhh!~" of the verse, then the Guardian unlocks as the blast of light fades from the Guardian. Also the Guardian is invincible in the locked position of the super, much similar to the Titan Striker super, but since the latter blasts of the super are easier to avoid, I figured it'd be fair.

A modification to Radiance where when used it sends out a wave of energy to burn enemies in a fairly large aoe. I really wonder if they are going to be able to use equipment to bring in mods to super's that normally are not accessible.

I would jump into the air and my cape would turn into a long black flowing cape and a bunch of bats would flow around me and kill everything in sight for 10 seconds for my hunter

I think I would just want my warlock to strangle people and scream in tongues at them. Maybe a little health leech or something? I don't know. Or sacrifice a chicken to the dark lord and something really metal happens. Like a fissure breaks in the ground and a fiery hand pops through and pimp slaps the enemy. That would raise the question of 'Where do all these chickens come from?' though. I personally don't care where the chickens come from, but I know some people would.

Plasma Thorns: creates a set of arc based blades that surround and protect you. If you or a ally is attacked the blades seek the enemy.

Void is gravitic right? Why not a super that tosses enemies within a radius upwards and suspends them in the air for a few seconds while damaging them. It could be launched as an energy ball in any direction and detonates at a precise distance (a wise Warlock will learn to use it well with enough experience) or upon collision. Cons: Non-lethal to undamaged enemies. Limited usefulness indoors. Enemies have a chance to save themselves. Pros: Immobilizes foes. Launched safely from a distance. Damages enemies for quick clean-up. Busts corner campers.

Furry of light, multiple bolts of light launched up into the air to only seek out, crash down, and decimate enemies. That and 'I win', everyone everywhere falls and I collect the loot.

3 RepliesMy Hunter's Golden gun would actually be his hand... turning into a gun! And...and...it fires a laser! A laser bullet! The Golden Bul-Laser takes up the entire screen. Instant kill, and with every kill, shows a clip of me standing on top of a giant pile of dead bodies! YEAH!

6 RepliesInstead of a Nova bomb, I throw a bottle of vodka at my enemies, making them grow into raging alcoholics that spend all their money on more vodka. This will pay off in the long run as eventually the armies of Darkness will all succumb to alcohol poisoning and die, leaving the Darkness with no one to help them/it.
