This is where I will update Gamescom news. So Watch this post tomorrow. Earlier this week MS has said their Gamescom conference will have some "big" surprises. Sony has revealed two teaser trailers for their conference. It shows a bloody snowflake, and that's pretty much it. 8/11/14 Sony revealed a third teaser trailer for their Gamescom conference. The trailer ends with the saying, "Watch Horror Reinvented on PS4". Many speculate this is Until Dawn, the game originally meant for the PS3 that used the move. They stopped development in 2012, to do some technical changes, although this was most likely for the PS4. It is unclear whether or not it will stay exclusive however. MP in Halo 5 Guardians will be 4v4 for more intense battles. The Evolve beta will appear first on Xbox in January. CoD AW will get a bundle with the Xbox One, with a 1TB drive, with a "futuristic look". A white Xbox One will be bundled with Sunset Overdrive and if you're in Europe, FIFA 15 will be bundled. Halo 2s Sanctuary will be in the MC collection, and Halo channel has been announced, which allows you to view players. Below, Smite, and Superhot will debut on Xbox One. Frontier announced a new IP for Xbox, called Screamride, which features roller coaster-filled cities. New trailers were shown for AC Unity, Quantum Break (which showed some gameplay as well), Fable Legends, Sunset Overdrive, Superhot, Smite and Below. That was Xbox's conference, now we wait for Sony. Sony conference: The conference begins with a slew of trailers including The Order:1886, LittleBigPlanet 3, Bloodborne that highlights new gameplay and enemies. Next, a PS4 trailer highlighting several big name titles is shown. Jim Ryan comes out, and talks about the PS launch, noting that there are over 10 million PS4 owners as if now. He talks about PS's strong line-up and introduces Q-games to the stage, makers of Pixeljunk. They showed a new trailer for The Tomorrow Children, which features the premise of humans living under control of monsters. They mine and fight these monsters and that's all we know for now. The Astronauts revealed a new trailer for The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, coming first to PS4. It seems a lot like Murdered Soul Suspect, but is different in a way. Next, The people who made Thomas Was Alone, reveal Volume, a retelling of Robin Hood that uses volume to solve puzzles and get past enemies. It comes out first on PS4 and Vita 2015. Hollowpoint is then revealed It is a side-scroller shooter, where you can play alone or up to 4 players. Paradox Interactive is behind Hollowpoint. Next, Bohemia Interactive comes out on stage to reveal that DayZ is coming to the PS4. A new trailer for Hellblade is released, being made by the developer who made DmC and Heavenly Sword. It's about slaying demons, featuring a female warrior, and it look totally badass. A new trailer for Rime is showcased, and shows a little more gameplay this time. It is revealed that Rime is 1st party exclusive as well. An indie games trailer is shown. Activision then comes out to introduce Bungie to showcase all the mp modes of Destiny. The modes revealed are Skirmish, which seems like a survival mode with your friends, Rumble, which is basically a Deathmatch mode (everybody is against each other), Salvage, where two teams are put against each other and assigned to collect relics, which will help win the match most likely, Clash, which seems to glorify supers in battle against enemies, Combined Arms, which deals with vehicle based combat, Control, which deals with capturing points, and finally Iron Banner, where gear stats count. It was also revealed that The Dark Below, the first Expansion pack for Destiny will launch in December.Far Cry 4's environments are detailed, and feature story of how Shangri La (the thing your enemy is after) wa founded. Point is, you can play as a warrior with a bow and arrow. A new trailer for Keys to Kurat was shown. When you buy the game, you will get 10 keys, which you can give to friends who can then join your game to play co-op. These last for 2 hours and your friends don't have to own Far Cry 4 at all to play with you. It is exclusive to Playstation. A new trailer for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor was shown (Lord of the Rings for you people). Next Hideo Kojima comes out to talk about the cardbox in MGS and how it is coming back in Phantom Pain. A gameplay trailer is then shown to showcase how the cardbox is evolving, including popping out of it and using pictures to distract the enemy, which may or may not include swimsuit models. A new trailer for P.T. is shown, which is an interactive teaser that can be downloaded on the PS Store right now. Next, System Software 2.0 is revealed. This mode includes a friend finder, helping you find friends in real life and suggestion by other friends. You can finally upload shared vids to Youtube, and Share Play was detailed. Share Play allows a friend to"pass the controller" digitally so they can play the game, and it allows friends to play the game with you, even if they don't own it. PS Now is coming to Europe 2015 and PSTV will be coming soon for 99 euros. Michael Denny comes out to reveal Until Dawn, the teaser shown before the conference. It is now coming exclusively to PS4, and it is a choice based game. You get to decide who lives and dies. It is about 8 teens who are in a cabin at night, and as usual, somebody is trying to kill them. A new trailer was shown. It also features dynamic weather. Next, Media Molecule comes out to reveal that their PS4 project is Tearaway Unfolded. They completely remade the game for the PS4, with new environments and new ways to play it. You can fly in the air with a paper plane and the world is bigger. Next, Housemarque, makers of Dead Nation, reveals Alienation, a top down shooter that can be soloed or be played with a group of friends. Finally Wild Sheep Studio reveals a new exclusive to PS4, Wild. It is open world, features dynamic weather, and the devs claim you can play as ANY living creature.
