I'm 28 years old. And for a matter of fact I have trophies all over my house from my hs days. Yet I still game almost everyday 7+ hours a day. So do all the men at my work. We actually game at work. And everyone one of them agrees that tea-bagging is a celebration of a point. I will agree if it's an excessive tea-bagg that carries on too long or it wasn't called for then yes that's unsportsmanlike I only tea-bagg when I get a hard kill or hand to hand combat and I win. My fiancée does the same thing and she thinks it's funny as hell. Just because we are older and grew up in life doesn't mean something not funny anymore. They guys at the firehouse and others like the one I work at all think it's funny and do it themselves and their all in the 30-50 so maybe think about that.
And let's just get this straight you're trying to convince us that this "code" you play by should be apart of the game and should be reportable. Good luck. I've been to a few MLG tournaments and I've seen tea-bagging there. No one cares about it.

Do you and your buddies work in the industry? Do you have any experience playing games at league-level play in addition to pubmatches? Where you guys see the teabag as a celebration, I see the teabag in any form, as unsportsmanlike - a celebration would be like shouting out, "holy shit! "awesome!" or something to that effect. The thing that differs from say a celebration after a touchdown and teabag, is that touchdown celebrations are general, not personal. Spiking a football and high-fiving the crowd while cheering, is okay, which is why it's allowed, but once you direct your celebration at the opposing team. Once your celebration can be seen as less about jubilation and more about taunting or provoking, that is when penalties are called and/or players are fined. Teabags exist on a personal level, and typically not in a celebratory manner. It's also common practice for players to teabags those they simply don't like, regardless if they defeated them in a firefight or not. Teabagging is generally used to taunt and a provoke, and regardless if you and your work buddies and millions of others see it otherwise, doesn't change this. When I can walk past a player and hear them on proxy chat saying "bad bitch,! bad bitch,! bad bitch!" as their virtual genitals smash down a defeated avatar, "just in good fun," or a "gesture of goodlwill," doesn't really come to mind. I never did... I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I was just sharing something I do personally, in a thread where it seemed appropriate. Apparently, many of you didn't take too lightly to it, responding with anger, insults, threats, and overall disapproval - but apparently, I'm the one that's butthurt... Something you and others keep failing to see, is that their actually isn't anything for me to be butthurt over. My initial post was not a complaint or a whine. It was just statement giving insight into a personal gaming habit of mine, which related to the the topic of the thread. I gave my reasons for doing what I do, yet everybody immediately dismissed or ignored those points, and came to their own conclusions - I must be butthurt. If I can't explain my stance - my mindset, and why I do what I do, using actual truthful statements. If everybody is just going to ignore what's said, and just come to their own conclusions and believe what they want to believe anyway, then of course I'm going to be butthurt in the eyes of you and others, since your minds are already made up, and nothing could convince you otherwise, not even the truth. Perhaps for clarity, I should say this - players don't have to teabag me for me to add them to the list. If I see a player teabagging anyone, I will generally add them to the list, since it's the players behavior I am concerned with, not who it's directed towards.
