Samurai vs. Ninjas
So I was thinking that Ubisoft should work on a game for Assassins Creed based on Samurai (Assassins) vs. Ninjas (Templars) or vise versa. Let's say the game will allow you to choose one of this options, which of this would you join up with...?

I don't think they would make a game where all ninja clans are on the same side. Remember AC III.
