PS4 is way ahead of Xbone as far as the cloud share gaming is going. Open Beta for Playstation Now is up I think.

That's for streaming games. I think Microsoft said something about using it to up the performance of stuff. Not too sure, been a while.

No cloud system on this planet is able to increase hardware performance. A cloud system's sole use is for data storage and retrieval. That whole spiel about the cloud being able to up the performance of a game was a laughable lie from the get go.
