I had 3 Xbox one's in Space of a Month they all broke down. Where my ps4 broke down once and I called sony about it and within 24 hours the picked the console up and replaced it at the same time.
Where Microsoft told me to ship the Xbox one to them and i would get it back within 4 to 6 weeks lucky the game game store give me a replacement so after 3 Xbox one's I'll stick with the PS4.

The first 2 xbox's had faulty blu ray drivers and the 3rd one would not power up at all even with a new psu as for the ps4 the hdmi sockect was faulty.

Actually I do. The OLD 360 policy system DOES require that timeframe. Xbox One does not.

it can "require" all it wants on paper. when it has a month or longer turn around its called bullshit.

It might have that "policy" but it still took way longer to get it returned. At times longer than 3 weeks.
